Planning your exhibition presence at DBT 2027 the EUREF Campus Düsseldorf offers a modern, dynamic space designed to maximize visibility and engagement. Whether you’re aiming for high foot traffic, strategic positioning, or proximity to key amenities, understanding the layout and reservation process is essential. Below, we break down everything you need to know—from the structure of the exhibition areas to how to secure your ideal booth.
1. How is the exhibition structured at the EUREF Campus?
The EUREF Campus is a contemporary office building with a spacious foyer area. The conference accreditation, cloakroom, and service points are all located in Atrium 1, which serves as the starting point for visitors. From there, attendees move directly into the first exhibition area in Atrium 2. Passing through glass doors, they enter Atrium 3, the second exhibition space.
Please see the floor plan for further details.
2. What are the differences between the exhibition areas in Atrium 2 and Atrium 3?
Both exhibition areas are closely connected but separated by a glass wall and doors.
Atrium 2:
- Located between the service zone and the central Atrium 3.
- Features three buffet and beverage stations, ensuring regular visitor traffic.
- Compact layout with short walking distances for attendees.
- Provides direct access to one of the three program rooms, guaranteeing steady footfall.
- Accessible via the underground parking garage, simplifying logistics for exhibitors.
Atrium 3:
- Centrally located in the building, dominated by a large glass dome that also serves as a central program hall.
- The exhibition is divided into two sections, not all of which are visible from every angle.
- Offers access to the third program room, its own buffet areas, seating for attendees and restrooms.
- Connects to the first floor via stairs, where the accompanying conference partnering takes place.
3. Are there any obstructions to visibility in the exhibition areas?
No booth provides a complete overview of the entire exhibition space. In Atrium 2, some booths are positioned near supporting columns (e.g., booths 13, 18, and 19), while in Atrium 3, only booth 45 is affected.
For booth 25 the column is behind the back wall, so no problem here.
The planning grid has been designed to minimize such obstructions as much as possible.
4. How can I reserve a (specific) booth?
The exhibition plan (linked here and shown above) is updated regularly. Here’s how the process works:
- Available booths are shown in white.
- Reserved booths are marked in light blue.
- Finalized booths are displayed in dark blue.
To reserve your space:
- Use the reservation form (Link) to express your interest in a booth.
- In the "Notes" field, you can specify your preferred booth location from the available options. If you don’t, we will contact you to confirm your preference.
- Based on your submission, we will generate a draft contract and send it to you for review and approval.
- Only after signing the contract will the booth be officially assigned to you.
5. Can I request a specific booth location?
Yes! You can directly specify your preferred booth in the "Notes" field of the reservation form. If your preferred location is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
6. What is included in the booth package, and what is not?
The booth package includes:
- Exhibition space (4 m², 6 m², or larger).
- A white back wall.
- One power outlet (3-pin socket).
- Two full-access tickets for your team.
- A listing in the exhibitor directory, including your company profile and logo.
- A LinkedIn shout-out to promote your participation.
Not included in the package:
- Furniture (e.g., tables, chairs, counters) – can be rented via our service provider or brought in at your own expense.
- Back wall branding/printing – can be ordered through our service provider or arranged independently.
- Lead capture systems – we do not provide a system for lead collection. However, you can use the partnering platform for contact initiation and follow-ups.
For further details or custom requests, contact bach@biodeutschland.org.
7. Is it possible to expand booth spaces?
Yes, we can combine multiple booth spaces within the planning grid to create larger areas. This allows for:
- Attractive corner booths
- Shared booths for multiple exhibitors
- Wide spaces in high-traffic areas
The image on the right includes examples of possible configurations. If you’re interested in expanding your booth, simply note your request in the "Notes" field of the reservation form or email bach@biodeutschland.org. We will calculate the individual pricing for your customized space.
8. What is the process after booth reservation, and what support is available for exhibitors?
After submitting the reservation form and signing the contract, your booth will be officially assigned. From there, the operational organization will be handed over to our partner agency, Newline.
Starting in early January, exhibitors will receive comprehensive materials from Newline, including:
- Delivery instructions (e.g., access routes, time slots, and logistics for setup).
- Furniture rental options (e.g., tables, chairs, counters).
- Customization details for your booth’s back wall branding (e.g., design guidelines, printing deadlines).
- Technical specifications (e.g., power supply, Wi-Fi, lighting).
Newline will serve as your primary contact for all operational questions, ensuring a smooth setup and a successful presence at DBT 2027.
